Junction’s menus are built around the seasons, with dishes shaped by ingredients sourced from Vermont farms, regional producers, and our own gardens. Working with partners like Black River Produce & Meats, Vermont Creamery, and Adam’s Farm, the culinary team focuses on thoughtful preparation, refined technique, and presentation that highlights the quality of each ingredient.
Chris Hechanova is the Chef de Cuisine at Junction, bringing more than 20 years of culinary experience to the role.
His background includes leadership positions with Benchmark Senior Living and Sodexo, as well as chef and owner roles at Big Chile Republic, Bistro Sauce, and Kitchen Table Bistro.
At Junction, Chris brings a thoughtful, seasonal approach centered on great ingredients and well-executed food.
Our Private Dining Room provides an intimate, separate space for up to 12 guests. For larger occasions, the main restaurant space is available for larger events like elopements, rehearsal dinners, micro-weddings, and milestone celebrations.
